【 Principle 】
Sodium thioglycolate provides a reducing environment, maintains a low redox potential, and protects anaerobic/microaerophilic bacteria; Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, and calcium chloride are composite inorganic salt systems that maintain osmotic pressure, stabilize cell membranes, and prevent bacterial dehydration or rupture; Sodium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are phosphate buffered pairs that stabilize pH values; Agar plays a role in thickening and preventing mechanical damage.
Main components
Composed of sodium thioglycolate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, agar, and distilled water.
Storage conditions and expiration date
Storage conditions: This product should be stored in a dark environment at 2-25 ℃.
Validity period: The unopened original packaging has a validity period of 3 months.
This product is a disposable product.
Transport of clinical pathogenic bacteria swab specimens: After sampling throat, urethral, and cervical swabs, transport them to protect harsh bacteria such as Neisseria and Campylobacter, and prevent death during testing.
Samples of intestinal pathogenic bacteria for testing: stool, anal swabs, Salmonella, Shigella transport, inhibition of excessive proliferation of miscellaneous bacteria, and stabilization of target live bacteria.
Sampling and transportation of pathogens on the surface of hospital infection environment: pathogenic bacteria on the surface of hospital beds and instruments are washed and transported, and their activity is maintained at room temperature.
Transportation of respiratory infection specimens: sputum and nasopharyngeal swab transportation, tolerant to room temperature transportation, suitable for remote testing scenarios.
Screening and transportation of sexually transmitted pathogens: Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia are sampled and transported together to ensure the detection rate of fragile and harsh bacteria.
Epidemiological traceability sampling and transportation: outbreak traceability environment and human specimen transportation, unified survival standards to ensure reliable test results.
