Product Overview

【 Principle 】

Protein peptone provides nutritional repair for damaged bacterial cells, phosphate buffer stabilizes pH (disodium hydrogen phosphate+potassium dihydrogen phosphate) and forms isotonic protection in conjunction with sodium chloride, lecithin neutralizes quaternary ammonium salts/chlorhexidine, Tween-80 assists in elution and neutralizes fat soluble disinfectants, sodium thiosulfate neutralizes chlorine containing disinfectants, glycine neutralizes aldehyde disinfectants such as glutaraldehyde/formaldehyde.

Main components

Composed of peptone, sodium chloride, glycine, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen sulfate, lecithin, Tween-80, and sodium thiosulfate.
