Product Usage:Monitoring the disinfection and sterilization efficacy of disinfectants primarily composed of phenolic compounds and alcohol-containing compounds, such as medical alcohol and carbolic acid.
Product Overview

【 Principle 】

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate stabilize pH and protect bacterial cell membranes and metabolic enzymes; Sodium chloride provides an isotonic environment; Tween-80 neutralizes alcohol and phenolic disinfectants, helps to wash away biofilms, and reduces mechanical damage; Phospholipids work together to neutralize fat soluble disinfectants, repair damaged cell membranes, and improve bacterial recovery rates.

Main components

Composed of disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Tween-80, sodium chloride, and lecithin.

Storage conditions and expiration date

Storage conditions: This product should be stored in a dark environment at 2-25℃.

Validity period: The unopened original packaging has a validity period of 6 months.

Application Scenarios

Surface monitoring after alcohol and phenol disinfection: Neutralize residual phenol and alcohol, accurately reflecting the number of live bacteria in the environment.

Phenol alcohol immersion instrument testing: neutralize residual disinfectant components in the gaps, and wash out residual live bacteria in the biofilm.

Hand and skin disinfection sampling: neutralize residual phenols in the skin and accurately detect retained live bacteria.

Validation of Phenol Alcohol Disinfectant Effect: Neutralize the antibacterial components in the system to ensure accurate and compliant counting of live bacteria.

Laboratory workbench sampling: eliminate alcohol and phenolic disinfection residues, and complete environmental microbial screening.

Dilution and transport protection of bacterial solution: protects damaged bacterial cells, supports gradient dilution and quantitative cultivation.
