【 Principle 】
Protein peptone and yeast extract provide the nitrogen source and growth factors required for bacterial growth; Glucose is a fermentable sugar; Cysteine hydrochloride, vitamin K1, hemin chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate provide growth factors for various bifidobacteria in the culture medium; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffering agents.
Main components
Composed of peptone, yeast extract, glucose, cysteine hydrochloric acid, vitamin K1, heme chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and distilled water.
Storage conditions and expiration date
Storage conditions: This product should be stored in a dark environment at 2-8 ℃.
Validity period: The unopened original packaging has a validity period of 3 months.
This product is a disposable product.
Anaerobic bacterial cultivation and identification: used for the enrichment cultivation and biochemical identification of specialized anaerobic microorganisms (such as the gas-liquid chromatography analysis process recommended by CDC).
Bifidobacterium enrichment and metabolic detection: used for the enrichment culture of Bifidobacterium and the determination of acetic acid and lactic acid metabolites.
Diagnosis of Acanthamoeba Keratitis: Used for liquid culture of Acanthamoeba parasites in corneal scrapings, with a higher detection rate than non nutrient agar (NNA) method.
Maintenance culture of Acanthamoeba: used for passaging and preservation of standard and clinical isolates of Acanthamoeba.
Clostridium botulinum toxin detection: As the basis for Clostridium botulinum culture, it is used to detect its toxicity.
Research on Industrial Microbial Fermentation: Used for Fermentation Culture and Metabolite Research of Industrial Strains such as Propionibacterium fischeri
Bifidobacterium
Gram positive pleomorphic bifidobacteria, non spore and non motile, strictly anaerobic; Fermented glucose produces acetic acid and lactic acid, which cannot survive in aerobic environments and are the core probiotics in the human gut. The liquid is slightly and uniformly turbid, with a fine white precipitate at the bottom of the tube, no gas production, and no odor.
Fragile pseudomonas
Gram negative short rod-shaped bacteria, spore free, obligate anaerobic; Conditional pathogenic bacteria, common isolated bacteria in abdominal and pelvic infections, bile resistant. Moderate turbidity, gray white sediment, weak gas production during fermentation, accompanied by a special putrid odor.
Clostridium perfringens
Gram positive Bacillus subtilis, capable of producing spores, obligate anaerobic; Producing various toxins, causing gas gangrene and food poisoning, and fermenting sugars to produce a large amount of gas. The culture medium is clearly turbid, with a large amount of gas produced. Bubbles can be seen in the small tubes/test tubes, and the bacterial sediment is thick and accompanied by a foul odor.
Streptococcus pyogenes
Gram positive Streptococcus, spore free, strictly anaerobic; Common pathogenic bacteria in clinical purulent mixed infections. Mild turbidity, thin layer of white sediment at the bottom, with little gas production.
